Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase.

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Customers are responsible for retaining all original packaging until they are satisfied with their purchase. Returns may not be accepted where the original packaging has been discarded, damaged or is unsuitable for safe transportation.

Before returning any item, please contact us at sonhos.shops@gmail.com so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

• The item

• Any visible damage

• The packaging

This allows us to investigate the issue with our suppliers and delivery partners as quickly as possible.

Please do not dispose of the packaging until the matter has been resolved, as photographs of both the product and packaging may be required as part of the claim process.
